1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using WMETA ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, vendors, clients, and customers using the platform. 2. Description of Service WMETA is a Bulk WhatsApp API platform provided by Ibex Technology that enables users to: Send WhatsApp messages via official API integration Manage contacts and campaigns Track delivery reports Automate communication workflows We act as a technology service provider and do not control user content. 3. User Responsibilities By using WMETA, you agree that: You will comply with WhatsApp Business API policies and Meta guidelines. You will not send spam, illegal, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent content. You will only send messages to users who have given proper consent (opt-in). You are solely responsible for the content you send. You will not misuse the platform for unlawful activities. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. 4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance WMETA operates using WhatsApp Business API infrastructure. Users must: Follow Meta’s commerce and messaging policies. Avoid sending bulk unsolicited messages. Maintain proper opt-in records. Any ban, restriction, or number suspension by WhatsApp/Meta due to user behavior is the sole responsibility of the user. WMETA / Ibex Technology will not be liable for such actions. 5. Account Registration & Security Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false or misleading information. 6. Payments & Billing All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Users must clear all dues before using bulk messaging services. Taxes (including GST, if applicable) will be charged as per Indian law. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension. 7. Service Availability We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be affected by Meta/WhatsApp downtime, server issues, or technical maintenance. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions. 8. Limitation of Liability Ibex Technology shall not be liable for: Message delivery failures caused by Meta/WhatsApp. Account bans or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp. Business losses due to campaign performance. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk. 9. Data Privacy We respect user data privacy. User data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be processed for service functionality. Users are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from their contacts. (You may also create a separate Privacy Policy page.) 10. Termination We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate accounts violating policies. Remove access without prior notice in case of misuse. Take legal action if required. Users may request account deletion by emailing info@ibextechnology.in . 11. Intellectual Property All platform content, branding, software, and design are the property of Ibex Technology. Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute platform technology without written permission. 12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, e.g., Jaipur, Rajasthan]. 13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
